Daniels’ Local Art Program

From conception through to completion, every Daniels’ community is designed to enhance its surroundings and make a statement about its unique character. This addition of local public art is a cornerstone of our design philosophy.

For The Daniels Corporation, each new home community is a work of art – literally. In recognition of Toronto’s many talented artists and craftspeople, Daniels purchases and/or commissions locally-sourced art from emerging, mid-career and established artists for the purposes of displaying their works in our GTA communities. Daniels will be bringing our Local Art Program to Artworks Tower!

Artworks Tower is not the first Daniels project to feature local art, this Program was also extended to include Paintbox Condominiums, One Park Place Condominiums, One Park West Condominiums, One Oak (a Toronto Community Housing building), HighPark Condominiums and DuEast Condominiums.

This community-based approach to social procurement simultaneously beautifies the community, celebrates local storytelling and heritage, and brings economic benefit and exposure to local artists.
